How does this work?You determine the length and types of service(s) at initial signup and pay a recurring monthly price based on these selections.

How do we pay?Recurring ACH auto payments are debited on fixed days for predictable budgets without the hassle of having to remember to pay monthly invoices. We also accept full payments upfront, if desired.

What happens when we get to the end of the agreed term?At the end of the agreed-upon term, services will automatically renew under the previous terms and conditions.

Are there any hidden upfront costs?Nope! The monthly service cost or one-time payment covers everything.

Can I cancel services?YES! You can cancel services at any time by phone or email.

If I cancel early, is there a fee?Yes. For every unpaid month remaining within a term, there is a $175 early cancellation fee. (Example: You cancel after 1 month of a 3-month term, incurring a $350 early cancellation fee.)

If I cancel, will I receive any pro-rated amounts back?No. Like most subscription- and lease-based services, canceling means stopping at the end of the current paid-for term.

Are you insured?YES! We have comprehensive general liability insurance which protects from claims of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, and more!

How do we request maintenance or repair needs?We can be reached at any time by phone or email.

What is a “Data Analytics Report & Contact Information Sheet?”Every Monday, we will provide you with a Contact Information sheet that has the contact and demographic information from the previous week to make sure you can follow up on all those visitors from Sunday! Also, at the beginning of every month, we provide a Data Analytics Report that details exactly how the photobooth was used to execute our Strategy. These reports, coupled with the advice and guidance of our expert staff, is critical in executing our Data-Driven 3-part Strategy.

What is a tension fabric backdrop?A tension fabric backdrop is a 7½ x 7½ foot piece of durable pillow-fabric that is supported by a metal stand and can serve as a backdrop for photobooth photos.

Do we always have to use a tension fabric backdrop in photobooth photos?NOPE!! Backdrops can be as simple or extravagant as you want (we love seeing how creative our Churches can be)!

What is a “custom branded” backdrop?This is a backdrop that we custom order from our supplier that has YOUR church’s logo on it. Think red carpet backdrop…but it’s your church brand and congregation every service!

What is a church-branded Vinyl Photobooth Wrapping?This is where we stylize your photobooth with your church’s specific brand, colors, logos, or desired content. This is an amazing way to catch visitors’ attention and draw them in to use the photobooth—all while making valuable brand impressions that pay huge dividends later on!

How does the Green Screen feature work?Step 1: We provide your Church with a Green Screen tension fabric backdrop as part of your lease package. Step 2: Complete the easy-to-use fillable form telling us what you want the customized backdrop to look like and we include this into the photobooth software for your event or service. Step 3: Take a photo – too easy!

Is there a limit to how many times we can request the Green Screen feature?Not at all! In fact, we can also set the software up to have multiple different digital backdrops be part of the same event/service, allowing users to pick which one they want to use during their photobooth experience!
